Terms of Service

Last updated: August 2026

Free Usage

quixqr.com is provided completely free of charge, with no account, subscription, or payment required to generate, style, or download QR codes. We do not enforce a hard daily limit on the number of codes you create; the only practical constraints are your own device's memory and browser performance. We reserve the right to introduce reasonable technical limits in the future if necessary to keep the service usable for everyone, but the core generator will remain free.

No Uptime Guarantee

quixqr.com is offered on an "as is" and "as available" basis, without any warranty of uptime, uninterrupted access, or error-free operation. Because every QR code is generated client-side, a code you've already downloaded will keep working indefinitely regardless of whether quixqr.com is online, since the website itself is only needed at the moment of creation. We are not liable for any loss or inconvenience resulting from temporary or extended unavailability of the site.

Content Ownership

You retain full ownership of, and sole responsibility for, any content you choose to encode: URLs, text, WiFi credentials, contact details, GPS coordinates, or uploaded logo images. quixqr.com claims no ownership over the data you encode or the QR code images you generate, and you are free to use the QR codes you create for personal or commercial purposes without attribution. You are solely responsible for ensuring you have the right to use any logo or image you upload, and that the content you encode complies with applicable law.

Acceptable Use

You agree not to use quixqr.com to generate QR codes that link to or contain illegal content, malware, phishing pages, or material that infringes someone else's intellectual property or trademark rights. We reserve the right to update or restrict the service if it is being used in a way that harms other users or violates applicable law, although because generation happens locally in your browser, we generally have no visibility into what individual users create.

Changes to These Terms

We may revise these Terms of Service from time to time to reflect changes to the service or legal requirements. Continued use of quixqr.com after an update constitutes acceptance of the revised terms. We encourage you to review this page periodically.
